Cleaning & Guest Services
- Cleaning to show house standard by by the same dedicated team each time.
- Linen hire: bedding (for all beds unless occupancy discount is in place), towels (bath & hand), tea towels, bathmats and oven gloves.
- Laundry: We operate a laundry service for clients who wish to use their bedding.
- Welcome pack: by choice within budget.
- Guest cleaning pack: 2 toilet rolls, kitchen roll, sponge, J cloth, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets.
Management/Maintenance/First Call Service
- We attend to minor repairs, including plumbing and electrical minor repairs, take photographs of any damage for reports/deposit release, do shopping for replacements, light bulbs, batteries. Provide a bi-monthly condition report. Check appliances, wi-fi etc.
- Provide qualified electricians, plumbers, window specialist, as required.
- Monitor waste, appoint commercial waste disposal companies and administer waste contracts.
- We are first call for guests who ring our dedicated telephone number in case of difficulties. 8am to 8 pm Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm Sunday.
- Keyholding and locksmith services.

The contract is fully inclusive at a set price for one year.
Payment required for a minimum of 24 weeks.
